Situational Analysis

In order to gain insight into the marketing efforts of Peruvian Hearts (PH), Team Enjine A conducted a situational analysis of various factors of the organization that affect their marketing. We began by conducting a competitive communications analysis that thoroughly examined communication elements of other international nonprofit organizations with goals similar to those of PH. This allowed the team to identify communications strengths and weaknesses within these other organizations that can provide insight for PH as the organization works toward developing a marketing strategy. We then analyzed the following areas of PH:

A detailed analysis of these strategies provides insight into how Peruvian Hearts currently operates, and allows Team Enjine A to identify areas for improvement to strengthen the organization’s marketing efforts.
